How the Core Quadrant Works

1. Core Quality

Your natural strength and positive disposition. Something effortless for you that others admire (e.g., decisiveness, precision).

2. Pitfall (Too much of a good thing)

When you overdrive your core quality. Decisiveness becomes pushiness; precision turns into rigid perfectionism.

3. Challenge (The positive opposite)

The complementary quality that balances your pitfall. For decisiveness, it is patience; for perfectionism, it is pragmatic letting go.

4. Allergy (Excess of the challenge)

The behavior in others that triggers your immediate frustration. This is often an overdrive of your challenge (e.g., passivity or sloppiness).
