Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Definitions

In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Kerntest: The web platform and digital services provided via kerntest.nl.
Consumer / User: The natural person acting outside the scope of commercial or professional practice who uses Kerntest.
Digital Content: Data generated and supplied in digital format, particularly the extended psychometric reports and downloadable PDF files.

Article 2 – Scope of Application

These conditions apply to every offer made by Kerntest and every distance contract concluded between Kerntest and the consumer.

Article 3 – Pricing and Offers

All prices on Kerntest are expressed in Euros including 21% Dutch VAT. Basic test participation and initial five-dimension results are free of charge without required registration. The full extended report requires a one-time payment of €6.99 including VAT.

Article 4 – Delivery & Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

Because digital reports are custom-compiled and delivered immediately upon payment completion, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal lapses once delivery commences with the consumer’s express prior consent and acknowledgment, pursuant to Dutch and EU consumer law (Article 6:230p sub g Dutch Civil Code).

Article 5 – Non-Diagnostic Nature

Kerntest assessments are tools for personal reflection and self-insight. They do not constitute psychological, psychiatric, or medical diagnoses. Users experiencing severe mental distress are advised to consult their general practitioner (huisarts) or mental health professionals.
