1. Privacy by Design Principle

Kerntest is engineered from the ground up to respect individual privacy. You can complete all five psychometric instruments without creating an account or providing an email address. Test responses and calculated scores are pseudonymized.

2. Data Processed

• Responses & Scores: Numerical responses (1 to 5) and normalized dimension scores (0–100) linked to a pseudonymous session identifier.
• Payment Data: Handled entirely by PCI-DSS certified payment processors (Stripe). Kerntest never stores or sees credit card or bank credentials.
• Analytics: Google Analytics (measurement ID G-7PEBHYBDH8) is strictly deactivated by default under Google Consent Mode v2 until explicit consent is given.

3. Hosting and EU Data Region

All backend databases and cloud functions are hosted strictly within the European Union (Firebase/Google Cloud Europe region, europe-west4 Netherlands or europe-west1 Belgium), ensuring full compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

4. Your Rights (Inspection, Export, Deletion)
